WHAT WE OFFER

MENTORING & CAREER ADVICE

We offer either grouped or 1-1 mentoring to young people aged 11-17, currently residing in deprived, poverty-stricken, marginalised Boroughs of London.

A huge part of their mentoring will be career-focused as we aim to help them set up goals for themselves and spark the motivation, passion and interest in a career pathway they wish to pursue.

We wish to then make those dreams happen by helping them find current opportunities that puts them one step closer to their goal.

LIFE SKILLS INITIATIVE

The Life Skills Initiative consists of a series of PSHE-related topics that aim to educate young people on the current situations they may face out in the real world.

We have our own curriculum that supports this initiative, and we offer these sessions where young people can come and let us teach them about important topics that shape society and the modern world.

EXTRA-CURRICULAR

We understand that a well-rounded education goes beyond the classroom. That's why we're excited to introduce our Extra-Curricular Activities program, a natural extension of our commitment to youth empowerment and personal development.

This program is designed to complement the mentorship and career advice we provide. It's not just about keeping young minds engaged; it's about nurturing their passions, enhancing their skills, and preparing them for a bright future.

LIFE SKILLS INITIATIVE:

Our Life Skills Initiative (LSI) is a ground-breaking program that focuses on Personal, Social, Health, and Economic (PSHE) topics, offering young people invaluable insights into navigating life's challenges.

This initiative is not only about personal growth but also plays a crucial role in addressing the complex issues of knife crime and youth violence that affect our society.

The LSI program is designed to empower young individuals with essential life skills, enabling them to make informed choices and approach life's challenges with confidence. DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

We believe that diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords; they are the cornerstones of a vibrant and thriving society.

Our commitment to creating inclusive environments extends to our Diversity & Inclusion Support program for schools. This initiative is designed to drive positive change within schools, empower students, and ripple through the wider community.

We understand that fostering a culture of inclusion is not only the right thing to do but also vital for the holistic development of students and the betterment of society as a whole.

We partner with schools across London to provide tailored Diversity & Inclusion Support that meets their unique needs and challenges.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
Diversity Workshops: We facilitate interactive workshops that encourage open dialogue on topics such as race, gender, religion, and sexuality. These sessions promote understanding, empathy, and appreciation for differences.

Inclusive Curriculum Development: We work with educators to create inclusive curricula that reflect the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of students. This approach helps students see themselves in their education and fosters a sense of belonging.

Student Support: Our program provides a safe space for students to share their experiences and concerns, fostering a sense of belonging and support among peers.
