ABOUT US
A safeguarding-led social enterprise supporting young people aged 11–16 through early intervention, mentoring and inclusive practice.
OUR STORY
Ceeway Youth is the social impact arm of TLDM Ltd, a social enterprise built on the principle of “Talk Less, Do More”.
Founded in 2022 in Croydon, South London, Ceeway Youth began as a response to the growing impact of youth violence, knife crime and disengagement affecting local communities.
What started as a personal mission to protect young people from harm has developed into a safeguarding-led organisation specialising in early intervention, behaviour support, pastoral care and inclusive practice.
Today, we work with schools, families and community organisations to support young people aged 11–16, helping them make safer choices, apply what they learn, and build positive futures.
Mission & Values:
Our Mission
We work upstream, not just in crisis. Our focus is on helping young people build safer behaviours, healthier mindsets and stronger decision-making before problems escalate, supporting both schools and families to create consistent, protective environments around them.
Our Values
TLDM
Talk Less, Do More. We believe in real change comes from action, not promises.
Practical, hands-on support
Visible impact in schools and communities
Consistent follow-through, not one-off conversations
APPLY
Knowledge into Action: Knowledge alone is not power, applied knowledge is.
Helping young people use what they learn in real life
Turning awareness into behaviour change
Supporting better choices at school, online and at home

- Safeguarding and early risk indicators
These challenges often overlap and require early, structured and practical intervention to prevent escalation and support positive outcomes.
