At Ceeway Youth, safeguarding and compliance are at the heart of everything we do. We are fully insured, qualified, and follow all required policies for working safely with young people. Full policies are available to schools on request.
SAFEGUARDING POLICY
We prioritise the safety of all young people. Staff undergo DBS checks and safeguarding training, and all sessions are risk-assessed.
Child Protection
Concerns or disclosures are handled immediately, with clear reporting procedures and liaison with school DSLs.
Insurance
We hold Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance, plus other relevant coverage.
Health & Safety
All activities follow risk management protocols and emergency procedures.
Data Protection
We handle personal data securely and follow UK GDPR regulations.
